Job Profile of Adidas Job Vacancy 2023
- Execute requests for analysis, reporting and dashboarding.
- Translate business requirements to clear and concise analytical needs and vice versa.
- Automate data collection, reporting and visualization processes.
- Contribute to the operations behind seasonal milestones such as Buy Sign Offs, Monthly Buy Reviews and Retrospectives including the preparation of datasets.
- Improve data foundations & quality and contribute to the enhancement of systems and tools.
- Build frameworks for target monitoring and track progress on targets and initiatives.
- Own and enhance key projects and processes.
- Provide ad-hoc support on initiatives and milestones.
Qualifications for Adidas Job Vacancy 2023
- University degree in Business, Economics, IT or other numeric area, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 1+ years professional experience (experience in digital, operations, finance or Business Intelligence / Analytics environment).
- Structured, strategic approach with strong planning and project management skills
- Strong analytical skills and understanding of digital brand and commercial KPI’s.
- Comprehensive understanding of operational process mapping.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to handle ambiguity and untangle complex situations into actionable activities.
Skills Needed
- High resilience and solution oriented attitude.
- Fluent English both verbally and written.
- Strong MS-Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Professional experience with Databricks, PowerBI and SQL.
- Professional experience with a viz tool like Tableau or MicroStrategy.
- Proven track record in process/reporting automation.
- Working knowledge of planning and task management tools like Smartsheet, Jira, Trello, Confluence, Sales Force Marketing Cloud, Google Docs, or similar.
- UX, PBI front-end or data engineering experience is a plus.
