Salary Details of IB Recruitment 2023
Security Assistant/Executive : Level-3 (Rs.21700-69100) in the pay matrix plus admissible Central Govt. allowances.
MTS/Gen : Level-1 (Rs.18000-56900) in the pay matrix plus admissible Central Govt. allowances.
Age Limit for IB Recruitment 2023
Security Assistant/ Executive : Not exceeding 27 years
Multi-Tasking Staff/ General : 18 to 25 years
Qualification for IB Recruitment 2023
Matriculation (10th class pass) or equivalent from a recognized Board of Education, and
Possession of domicile certificate of that State against which the candidate has applied.
Knowledge of any one of the local languages/ dialects mentioned in the official notification against each SIB.
Desirable Qualifications: Field experience in Intelligence work.

All Candidates – Rs.450/- (Only Recruitment Processing Charges)
Male candidates of General, EWS, and OBC categories – 500/- (Examination Fee in addition to Recruitment Processing Charges).
Selection Process of IB Recruitment 2023
Tier I – Online Exam of Objective type MCQs.
Tier II – Offline Exam of Descriptive type.
Tier II – Spoken ability will be conducted only for SA/ Exe only.
Tier III – Interview/ Personality test.
